Refreshing & re-launching a fintech beverage ordering platform during the COVID pandemic.

 
 

The challenge

A six-year-old beverage/tech start up, eBev had been facilitating $150 million in wholesale beverage orders through their platform. But a major pivot during lockdown 1 and a now monetised product needed a relaunch.

Professional, tech savvy but human with a sense of community, much like the beverage industry, the brand needed to show the clear brand values of simplifying and empowering the beverage trade. Plus the story needed to be told to drive market acquisition.

 
 

The solution

A clear, professional rework of the brand with careful colour palate and new tone of voice were employed across new digital assets and Social media.

A rework of their customer journeys and customer touch points, a new eDM strategy and execution drive platform sign up.

Above the line ads across trade media backed up with Press Office activity have positioned the business for growth.
