The key to any good digital strategy is integrating the key Social Media channels your audience is likely to engage across. Facebook is an obvious choice for the wine industry, especially the new image heavy newsfeeds. As part of the digital strategy roll out we consolidated the 2 main Facebook accounts that were both registered, moved across the followers to the chosen account, and merged the old content. We also ensured a correct Facebook URL was chosen to match the business domain and increase search success.
Then the fun part, make it looks great. We added the custom cover image, and produced a mini wine list app that highlights the best sellers in Tullochs range. The number of likes increased dramatically, (merge excluded) with 18% greater new likes month on month. Post reach further increased giving Tulloch Wines a great foundation to personalise the ongoing Facebook experience.
