Tulloch Wines Email Marketing

With an active Cellar Door, wedding venue and highly engaged wine club we wanted to engage Tulloch’s much loved customers in the best possible way. We developed specific email templates for the 1895 Wine Club that Tulloch could use to send out emails to their members.  We trained the cellar door staff in how to use Email Drop, our email marketing software.  Tulloch now run these email campaigns whenever they like on a self-serve basis, and only pay per campaign.  With Open Rates that are over 200% higher than industry standard these are some of the most successful campaigns run from our platform.

Not all of Tulloch’s customers are wine club members.  JTD developed a strategy to engage the non-club members with the brand, covering aspects of brand engagement, the customer journey to club member and direct sales uplift campaigns.  A new non-member template set was designed and JTD executes all non-member campaigns as a fully managed service to a predefined strategy timeline.  Increases in club subscription, timely sales uplifts and event bookings are all up as a result.

All emails are tested against all the major email browsers to ensure they look perfect, especially across mobile and tablet devices which continue to see open rates around 45% of all opens.
