Having worked for Classeq’s parent company, Winterhalter we were approached by the Classeq UK head office to audit their current online presence with the view of increasing online lead generation.

Having conducted a full site audit across all English speaking regions, including site user experience (UX), analytics, SEO and business processes we presented the online audit document.  One of the initial issues was simply search rankings were way back on page 7 in the UK, the country specific domains did not work and getting found was resulting in low new traffic.

We recommended new country specific sites with greater image usage in an easily navigated modern, clean design with all products properly categorised and SEO friendly.

Using our hospitality industry knowledge we further researched the industries of commercial glasswashing and dishwashing and built a full SEO structure of content that greatly increased the search rankings.  After the initial 3 month bedding in period the UK site was on page one of Google for 16 out of 21 keyword phrases, and first page for all branded terms.

We also introduced a new online warranty registration function to build an ongoing customer lifecycle process within the business, added real time chat support and integrated Social Media feeds into the site.

New traffic has greatly increased, which in turn drives new customer prospects whilst returning visitors have not declined as technical content has been retained.
