Engaging the Australian wine trade to participate in Alsace Wines Millésimes DigiTasting®. The world’s first fully digital wine trade show.

 
 

The challenge

Given the public health situation due to COVID-19, Millésimes Alsace, the must-attend biannual trade fair organized by the Vins d’Alsace, was cancelled in 2020.

Facing a second year in a row without any global trade event, Alsace Wines decided to turn to digital solutions – and a partner in the Australian market.

 
 

The solution

At the interface of ingenuity and popularity, Les Vins d’Alsace launched Millésimes Alsace DigiTasting, the 1st virtual trade show with real-life tastings organized exclusively by cross-industry experts.

Actions:

Interfacing between the Alsace Wine Association and the Australian wine trade, the project used our direct trade contacts across B2B and Media to build excitement and participation in the digital trade show.

From country specific Strategy to execution across Direct digital marketing to the wine trade, a media partnership with key Trade publications, Press Relations and digital creative development and media buying.
